Ingredients

- 16 oz. bag short pasta
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 cups celery diced
- 2 cups green onions, sliced
- 2 cups dill pickles, chopped
- 2 cups pickle juice
- 2 4oz cans of sliced black olives
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the packaging, drain, and set aside.
- Thoroughly wash produce.
- Finely chop the celery, green onions, dill pickles, and peeled eggs into small chunks.
- Add the warm paste to a large bowl and combine all ingredients.
- Set in the fridge to chill overnight.
- Serve in large bowl and top with paprika.
